Kofar Mata joined the Maliya Boys training sessions this week as he seeks to impress the team’s technical crew.
The team technical crew are evaluating the player before making a final decision.
Kofar Mata featured prominently for Bichi First FC during the 2025-26 Nigeria National League, NNL, season.
The winger is known for his pace, direct running and ability to take on defenders and the team believes that he will be a plus to the team.
Barau FC are looking to add more attacking depth ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.
