Zambia head coach Nora Häuptle says her team is well aware of the Super Falcons’ quality ahead of tonight’s CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
Zambia will be looking to secure a place in the quarter-finals of the WAFCON when they take on Nigeria in Rabat on Saturday night.
Speaking at her pre-match press conference, Nora Häuptle said: “Nigeria needs to win to stay alive in this tournament.
“They started strongly against Malawi and created several chances. We know their quality and their ability to elevate their performance.”
“We are focused on ourselves. We have a very clear plan to face them. If it is executed precisely on the pitch, we are convinced that we can beat Nigeria.”
