An attorney representing Nebraska volleyball player Harper Murray appeared in court on Wednesday for an arraignment regarding Murray’s misdemeanor charges of DUI and possessing a fake ID.
The hearing, which was largely uneventful, resulted in a new hearing being scheduled for June 24. Murray was not present at the hearing, but the judge ordered her to appear at the next one.

Harper Murray Charges
Murray, 19, from Ann Arbor, Michigan, faces charges stemming from an incident on April 5, where she was pulled over near Antelope Valley Parkway and S Street around 12:45 a.m. Police reported that her blood-alcohol content was 0.169%, double the legal limit.
She was subsequently taken to a detox facility and cited before being released.
Additionally, Murray has been accused of shoplifting from Scheels, although no citation has been issued yet.
Murray’s attorney, Brad Roth, stated that they will evaluate the evidence before making any decisions regarding the shoplifting allegation.
Coach John Cook declined to discuss Murray’s status in detail, stating that it is “out of [his] control” and in the hands of others.
