NORCECA Continental Championship: Harper Murray and four others have been selected for the United States U21 Women’s National Team.

Five volleyball players from the Nebraska Cornhuskers team were chosen for the United States U21 Women’s National Team, announced by USA Volleyball on Wednesday.

5 Huskers Selected for the 2024 U21 Women’s NORCECA Continental Championship

The selected players are Laney Choboy, Andi Jackson, Olivia Mauch, Harper Murray, and Bergen Reilly. Assistant coach Jaylen Reyes will also join the team.

Harper Murray faces charges for DUI, reckless driving, and possession of a fake ID. According to the Lincoln Police Department 

All five players have prior experience with the U.S. National Team. Choboy, Jackson, Murray, and Reilly were part of the gold medal-winning U19 team at the 2022 Pan American Cup.

The team will undergo training in Anaheim, California, from June 14 to 22, during which 12 athletes will be picked from the 20 invited.

2024 U21 Women’s NORCECA Continental Championship Schedule

The 2024 U21 Women’s NORCECA Continental Championship is scheduled from June 23 to July 1 in Toronto, Canada.
