Vozinha has joined Chilean club Colo-Colo after signing a contract following the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
“Welcome. We’re waiting for you,” Colo Colo wrote on Friday on its social media pages.
Local media said his contract with Colo Colo was for 18 months.
The 40-year-old is expected to complete his medical and contract signing in the coming days, Congratulations to him.
Vozinha emerged as one of the standout goalkeepers at the World Cup, producing a series of outstanding saves against Spain and Argentina.
His appearance at the World Cup has made his social media accounts increase from just under 50k to nearly 29 million.
