Abdullahi Adamu has resigned from his post as the head coach of Nigeria National League, NNL, side, Jigawa Golden Stars FC.
Abdullahi Adamu announced his resignation in a letter addressed to the club’s management.
He thanked the club’s chairman, management, players, and supporters for their encouragement and support throughout his time at the club.
Adamu is expected to take up a new role at another club.
He said the new offer was irresistible and required a new chapter in his career.
Jigawa Golden Stars are expected to appoint a replacement for Adamu ahead of the start of the 2026–27 season.
